So Simple!

After the month [or 2] of fail-rather, emotional numbness during which all I did was watch the tube, I got tired of and decided not to watch the T.V. What about now you ask? I've been watching in moderation. I was watching the Food Network when I saw this fantastic potato recipe for garlic hasselback potatoes with some fancy sour cream topping. [do you love their cooking ideas as much as I do?]
I'm excited to try this.
Basically you slit potatoes width-wise[don't cut all the way through the potato], put some garlic within the slit, toss with butter, salt, pepper and olive oil, then bake at 400 degrees F for about an hour and top with sour cream. Who wants to try this with me?

Sounds bizarre. Let's do it. When I have time. Which is never.
