Happiness

Learn to value yourself, which means: fight for your happiness.

The fight for happiness is always worth the fight, isn't it?
Happiness will always worth the fight--
Happiness is worth the fight to watch your thoughts and deeds,
Happiness is worth the fight to read and pray even when [and especially if] you don't feel like it,
Happiness is worth the fight to find the sunshine in every situation,
Happiness is worth the fight to be brave and patient with yourself and others
Happiness is worth the fight to keep important things in your life
Happiness is worth the fight to let go of something in order to make room for something better
Happiness is worth the fight to have the faith that everything will be ok and fearlessly press forward
Happiness is worth the fight to forget your nagging cares, to get up and to do something
Happiness is worth the fight to laugh and not let the cares of the world chase your Happiness away

Happiness is a joy that is constant, that comes from within and is independent of outside influence [though outside influence may add to this happiness]; it is not fleeting like a pleasure but enduring and evolving as we grow and our capacity for happiness deepens, yet we will find happiness in fixed and steady principles which can guide us in our journey like the North Star.
