Parade and stuff.

Headaches are a beast.
Especially those that won't leave.
Sometimes the headaches happen when stuff needs to be done or life needs to be experienced; like inventory, or the holiday for example.
I may have been pretty loopy for a week or two straight as a result of the headache and everything I tried to get rid of it.
Hopefully no more than usual :)

How do you celebrate the 4th?
Is it by plopping down on a strangers lawn to watch random floats go by?
I sure hope so.
If not you're something else.
The 4th of July craziness right outside the house. Within 15 minutes of the parade officially ending the street was cleared. Impressive P-town, impressive.

The night before the 4th there's always madness along the parade route. This year we enjoyed the madness from the comfort of Grow house and played some awesome games before walking up and down the route.
Man those people along the route were weird.
I love phone pictures.

I love love LOVE fireworks.
For the actual night of the 4th some friends and I drove up to Wyoming to watch them there.
Turns out Wyoming isn't as far as I thought it was.
The trip was amazing.
Wyoming had different firework rules than here.
Aerials are pretty popular.
The 'show' was pretty good.
We went up on a hill looking over the city and watched the city light off their fireworks and the neighborhoods light theirs.
I wish I had pictures of the trip but I don't think it would have done justice to it anyway.
Also the sun setting on the mountains as we passed through them melted my heart and made me once again proud to be from 'out west'.

Please enjoy this mellow hipster music video.
What a great voice.
It's ok to belt it out along with them.
I know I do.
