My name is Monica and I worry more than I should.

Things that (currently) stress me out:
  • making plans for the future
  • following through on those plans--this one includes schooling. I don't know why my anxiety is so bad with school plans but the stress just comes and comes and comes; it's annoying but it's there, ask my roommate Erin--she's heard all about it, bless her heart. 
  • trying to find another blank checkbook, seriously, where did it go? did I use all of them up? I don't think I did but maybe? It's not too hard to replace though, so that's nice.

Things that help me handle stress:
  • Talking about whatever is stressing me
  • Cooking something
  • Making lists
  • Crying a little  
  • Action--Doing something productive to help counter the stress. 

I'm working on all of these, so I should be feeling better soon, right?
