Dickens

I really like this story.
I remember when I was very little my mother took me to the Hale to see it.
I was originally excited because going meant I was able to stay up past bed time.
Then the Ghost of Christmas Present scared me (not sure why I wasn't so scared of Marley, maybe I was and I just don't remember).
I remember feeling bad for Scrooge when the people ransacked his place after he 'died'.
At the end I was very happy Tiny Tim was able to live and his dad was better able to provide for the family.

I try to read this book each year.
I suppose I still feel the same about the story line as I did when I went to the Hale with my mom, only my understanding of Charles Dickens message has deepened with age.
