Asia Face Defined

Remember a few posts ago when I told you about a co-worker who would marry Lord Voldermort and I said something about how his Asia face is almost there? Here is where I describe what an Asia face is.
FYI I'm not trying to be racist and this face is more to poke fun at myself than anything else

There is a new term used among my friends to describe a certain face we make in pictures that I feel I should explain: Asia Face.
Asia face came about from 2 basic reasons:

1. Often because of the shape of my face, [cheek bones and eye placement and whatnot] when I smile my eyes get a little squinty. Also secretly I enjoy this because while I don't mind bright lights, I don't like camera flashes (and have been a double-flash-red-eye-doof plenty of times. "What are you, stupid? Red eye flashes twice!")
2. Sometimes I get nervous infront of the camera and it's easier to make a goofy face than have that pinched nervous look--you know?

So with the etymology of Asia face behind us maybe I should describe it to you as you scroll down and look at little white girls Asia faces. Basically when you make an "Asia face" imagine the corners of your eyes being pulled to the side of your face while your eyes are closed. The next part is optional but it also pretty funny; Smile. Make a closed mouth smile [unless you want to look like you're missing some teeth--see below]. Keep the same idea of the corners of your mouth being pulled to the side of your face as you would for your eyes.

I hope I didn't offend anyone. If I did, I am sorry.
If you're curious, this is what an Asia face might look like:
Please note that Asia face isn't always the most flattering but is a better, funnier option.
